If you are ordering an Imaging Aligner (CT Appliance), send us a dental cast first.  

If not, go to STEP 2 and send the dental cast to us after you take a CT scan.  If a study model is available, Please send it to us as well. 

STEP 2 of 5

Take a CBCT scan of the patient. If you have ordered an Imaging Aligner, make sure to scan the patient with the appliance in place. 

 Then, send the data in the compressed Multi-File DICOM file format from the link on the 'Send Us a Case' page.
 

STEP 3 of 5

We will prepare all the data for you. Just participate in a brief online meeting with us for reviewing and making any adjustment.

STEP 4 of 5

Review the Surgical Plan Report, Quote and Rx form prepared by us.  It everything looks good, confirm the order.  If you need to make any changes, just let us know. We can set up an additional online meeting for no extra cost.

STEP 5 of 5

Receive the surgical guide and proceed with the surgery.

Prepare a CT scan appliance (Use the existing denture or duplicated denture) and perform dual scanning.

Upload the two sets of scan data files (the patient's scan with a scan appliance and the scan of the appliance all by itself) in the compressed Multi-file DICOM file format via Hightail which link can be found in the 'Send Us a Case' page.

Prepare a CT scan appliance (Use the existing denture or duplicated denture) and perform dual scanning.
